This fall we are working on something big.
We want to build a interactive online community where we can push each other, and grow in our calling to teenagers. This fall for 31 days there will be a post on the website on the topic of the day for either me, or another youth worker. We will move the conversation over to youth ministry media’s facebook page. Eventually this content will be compiled into an ebook. The goal would be to run this once a year for youth workers new and old. This is the trial phase.
Here is how you can be apart of this:
Wait for the sign up in July. This will give you the official information and the plan and the posts for the 31 days. We will email you directly the post so that you don’t miss a minute of the conversation. I can’t wait to hear your ideas, and have you also learn from mine.
Comment today! What would you like to see covered? I have things mapped out, but I want to hear from you. I want this to be a helpful 31 days for you, and for the youth pastors who will read this ebook. Maybe you have topic that you want to write on for one of those 31 days. I want you apart of this!
Invite others. Lets get other youth workers to this conversation. I look around at the students not being reached in the schools, and I want to partner more than ever. We need to collaborate and wrestle with youth ministry today. What works, and what doesn’t. Talk about this to people, facebook fellow youth pastors, tweet it out, we are the voice of youth ministry today.
Volunteer. This all can’t happen with just me. I will need help. I will need volunteers to help answer comments and steer the conversation on the facebook page and the blog. This would be a maximum of 30 minutes a day. If this is something you are interested in please email me.
