Question of the week series

What are some questions you have about youth ministry?

I want to create a series, and feature each week a question with a poll.  You can vote on the topic, and if you feel comfortable enough, leave a more detailed comment.

Here are a few questions I have been thinking about: 

1. Are you getting paid enough?

2. Do you think you will be a youth pastor forever?

3. Do you like your job right now?

4. Do you take a day off?

5. How many weeks of holidays do you get?

6. How involved is your spouse in your youth ministry?

Those are a few questions to get us started.  I am looking forward to seeing the results each week.  What are some questions you have for this community?
