This weeks freebie is for 5 months away. I hope you are at least thinking about fall. I am still wrapping up ministries in the next few months, but I am constantly looking ahead. I am constantly looking at my calendar making sure that dates are lining up.
One easy and simple way to communicate what is going on this fall in your youth ministry is to have a 1 page calendar that students can take home and put on a fridge or wall. Here’s the thing. If you make the calendar look great it will eventually go home.
In my youth ministry we still use a paper calendar. We do two calendars a year, Fall, and winter/spring. Last year we used the Simple Fall 2015 Calendar, the Bright Fall Calendar and the Bright Spring Calendar. We don’t do a lot of things in the summer. Summer for me and my ministry is all about rest and relationships.
