Do you use a physical calendar? It sounds a little redundant, but it’s worth it. I don’t know about you, but I need visual reminders. I have a google calendar that is synced with the rest of the staff at my church. I have a 1 year calendar that has all the critical events and youth staff holidays on it. Then I usually print off a one month calendar from smashing magazine to help me focus on just the month at hand.
