How often should I post?
Don’t be one of those people who over posts. Find the right content at the right time, and you will see success when you post.
You should post to Facebook a max 2 Times Per Day
Scheduling Your Posts
One of the best ways to post to Facebook is to ask a question. One of the post each day could be for your information, but then the other post would ask a question.
It could be a question like, what was the best part of the night?, how are you living ________ out this week in your school?, ect. Creating a space for your social media to be a place for interaction instead of information is the key for your Facebook page and social media accounts.
The two best programs for scheduling posts are:
Hootsuite: This is a free social media scheduling program. It’s fairly easy to use, and the best part is that it’s free.
CoSchedule: This is by far the easiest and best program to use. You can schedule posts for the whole month or week or year. The only downside is that it costs money each month. It might be worth it to save you a social media manager position.
