How many junk emails do you receive each day?
A few weeks ago I woke up with my iPhone screen full of messages. As I looked down at all the “important” notifications, I was alarmed at how many email lists I have subscribed to. I remember thinking how on earth am I going to unsubscribe from all these emails.
I devised a plan that I was going to weekly on monday morning go on my gmail account and type in subscribe in the email search bar and unsubscribe to as many as I could with in 10 minutes. I quickly realized how many lists I have actually subscribed to, and now I had to filter through the email subscriptions that I wanted to stay with.
Later that week I stumbled across unroll.me.
Here is what unroll.me does:
We identify your subscription emails and neatly list them for you.
Do you remember signing up for that newsletter? We didn’t think so. Chances are, you’re drowning in unwanted email subscriptions.
We give you the option to unsubscribe from junk emails right off the bat. One click and they’re gone. Done.
Here is why you need it.
You are probably wasting at least 10-20 minutes each day being distracted by emails that you signed up to months or years ago. Take a few minutes and trim that list. If you still want to be subscribed to a few emails, unroll.me will send them to you at a certain time so that you are not interrupted.
This is an awesome program that will shave time off your day. Definitely worth checking out.
p.s. make sure not to unsubscribe from our weekly newsletter. It just makes sure you don’t miss a post.
