Where do you usually meet with people?
I don’t know about you, but I meet with people at starbucks. I remember back in the days when I used to meet up with people for lunch, yes lunch. If you eat lunch out with students, leaders, or parents it can get expensive. It all adds up. It’s also so unhealthy to eat out so many times during the week. It can be really difficult to find healthy options when eating out at a restaurant. I remember blowing through a visitation budget in no time. Now, I never meet up for lunch. It’s one way to save some budget money, but meeting in a coffee shop is usually a better atmosphere.
This year, I have tried to scale back my meetings at starbucks. One of the ways to do this was buy a coffee machine. I am not going to spend a ton of time before a meeting making a latte, so I was looking for a simple way to make great coffee for a fraction of the price of a starbucks latte. A lot of my friends have actually espresso machines, but they take time to figure out, and it takes a substantial amount of time to make one latte or cappuccino.
